Sometime in the near future, like 30 years from now, time travel is invented. And as with all great scientific achievements, it is instantly perverted for profit! To fix this, Adam (Ryan Reynolds) naturally steals a time machine and goes back to when Time Travel was invented in order to stop the invention of time travel. That sentence felt like time travel. Anyway, he ends up not going back far enough and crash lands in the timeline inhabited by his 12-year-old self, young Adam (Walker Scobell). Now with Katherine Keener’s Maya Sorian, the big bad evil CEO who funded the time machine project on their heels, the two Adams are in a race against time to find Louis Reed (Mark Ruffalo) not just the father of time travel, but also their father! It’s time travel Deadpool style in THE ADAM PROJECT.
